James Neumann, owner of S&E Jewelers, has lifelong jewelry industry experience as a diamond specialist and designer. Born and raised in Tonawanda, Jim has a reputation as a person with the experience, integrity, and commitment to continue the S&E legacy as one of Western New York's premier local jewelers.

S&E Jewelers carries a large selection of loose, graded, and certified diamonds from which you may hand select the diamond of your choice. We have hundreds of designer settings and diamond mountings to choose from, as well as the opportunity to custom design your own setting.
