Step 1:
Sketching

The process begins with creating a visual concept. A designer collaborates with the client to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Using pencil and paper or digital tools, they produce detailed sketches, highlighting the piece's key elements such as shape, gemstones, and intricate patterns. This step ensures the client’s ideas are clearly translated into a tangible design.

Step 2:
CAD Modeling

Once the sketch is approved, it’s converted into a 3D design using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. This digital model provides precise dimensions and allows for complex details that are difficult to convey in 2D sketches. CAD models can be rendered to show how the final piece will look, including materials, finishes, and gemstone placement, enabling adjustments before production.

Step 3:
Finishing

After the CAD design is fabricated, typically through 3D printing or casting, the raw piece undergoes finishing. Jewelers refine the surface, polish the metal to achieve the desired luster, and set gemstones securely. Intricate details are hand-finished, and the piece is inspected to ensure quality, durability, and alignment with the original design concept.
